2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra, and Nissan Titan are just a few of the rivals that Chevy is prepared to take on. According to what we know, the revised 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 should be available this year. Along with minor external improvements, the future truck will have a modernized cab that features the newest technology. The new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 will also come with a much longer list of driver aids than before. Standard on LTZ and optional on LT/RST models, including blind spot monitoring and parking sensors. Additionally, a new package for last year for Work and Custom models is the Safety Confidence Package. Models with this package include forward collision warning with pedestrian detection and automatic emergency braking.
LTZ and High Country models sit just below High Country. Plus, it’s upgraded with the Safety Package II that contains lane departure warning, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and IntelliBeam automatic spotlights. Last, and my favorite, is the High Country trim level. This model has Adaptive Ride Control and an advanced, responsive suspension.

Unlike many competitors, the new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is available with multiple engine options. There are exactly seven of them. The base model comes with a 4.3-liter V6 that produces 285 horsepower and 305 pound-feet of torque. But more powerful is the optional 2.7-liter turbo inline-4, which produces 310 horsepower. Along with these engines, the manufacturer also offers three 5.3-liter V8s with 355 horsepower. The main difference between them is the six-speed automatic transmission versus the eight-speed and ten-speed automatic. There is also a diesel engine consisting of a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6 diesel engine that produces 277 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. Base trucks will start at just under $30,000, while top-of-the-line models like the Silverado RST start at just over $43,000. As you can see, the Chevrolet Silverado 1500’s numbers aren’t far behind best-selling models like the Ford F-150, Ram 1500, and GMC Sierra.
However, if you want something more luxurious, High Country models can run for around $70,000. Truck sales will begin next summer, and we’re still waiting for more details to be revealed from Chevy.
