It looks like Mach-E won’t be the company’s only electric car for quite a while. The upcoming 2021 Lincoln Electric SUV will arrive on the market in three years. Ford made headlines several times last month. First, the manufacturer Mustang Mach-E unveiled an electric crossover.

Soon after, the luxurious Ford division, Lincoln introduced a new Corsair Grand Touring. It is an additional crossover that will go on sale in 2021. The manufacturer is now working on a completely new and electric crossover. This time he wore the Lincoln badge.

As we wrote, we still don’t know which segment will compete with the 2021 Lincoln Electric SUV. The most likely part is the mid-size crossover, arguably the most powerful segment on the market today. Lincoln will launch its first electric crossover in late 2021.

This model will be built in the Illinois plant alongside new Rivian models. Some reports indicate that sales will start in early 2022. We are still waiting for full details like performance numbers, driving range and shipping time.
