2020 Cadillac XT7 Review – Design, Engine, Release date and Price
Like every established car manufacturer in the world, Cadillac also expands its crossover lineup. The upcoming 2020 Cadillac XT7 will prepare such a model to be released by the end of the year. The XT7 works on GM’s omega platform. The new model will definitely represent an interesting model in the real size crossover segment.
Not all details are yet available. XT7 arrives as a four-door model. It provides attractive design and very modern interior design. We expect two options for the gearbox under the hood. Perhaps six and eight cylinder engines.

The all-new 2020 Cadillac XT7 design will not cause many surprises. Just like the rest of the XT models, the XT7 will carry the same design language. The design is clean and attractive. The full-size crossover works on GM’s omega platform. Moreover, XT7 definitely comes as a four-door model.
The front part is similar to the XT6. Some signals were also borrowed from the XT5 SUV. However, the XT7 Crossover offers a larger front grille and coupe-like roofline. Front accents chrome accents and standard LED headlights.

The 2020 Cadillac XT7 interior provides comfort and a functional cabin
When it comes to interior, the 2020 Cadillac XT7 will be very luxurious. In addition, the cabin becomes practical and practical. We can bet on premium materials and many soft-touch surfaces. Interior design is not yet available, along with seat layout. However, the XT7 will definitely arrive with three rows of seats.
This means that there is space for six, seven, or maybe eight passengers. Some reports indicate a highly customizable interior design in terms of number of seats. Higher trim levels provide a seat for the captain, so a lower number of seats makes sense. Either way, there’s plenty of room for the legs, especially at the front. Spacious loading space is a very safe thing. The dashboard is completely new and unique. The large touch screen will dominate the police department. In addition, the XT7 crossover provides many driver assistance functions as standard.
2020 Cadillac XT7 Engine and performance
The base model will run on a 3.6-liter V6 engine producing 335 hp. However, Cadillac will definitely offer an additional option for the engine. The V6 speculative engine should arrive 3.0L with twin turbo as an option. This unit provides about 400 hp and 395 lbs of torque.
We can also expect a dual 4.2 liter V8 engine that will generate around 500 hp. However, this is just speculation at the moment. Speaking of speculation, the gearbox is another interesting topic. Although some reports indicate a 10-speed transmission, the 8-speed automatic transmission appears to be a possible result. When 2020 Cadillac XT7 arrives with an Omega platform, the rear wheel drive setting is standard.
2020 Cadillac XT7 Price and release date
It may be too early to discuss the all-new 2020 Cadillac XT7 price. Pricing is not available yet, but we expect the price to range between $ 40,000 and $ 50,000 for the base model. This coupe-like crossover will look like a competitor to the latest models of Audi, BMW and Mercedes. The XT7 will be available in late 2019.
